Speak Up, I Can't Hear You - Book Reviews
I had the greatest experience with the book. It was a fluid read, with a lot of knowledge and motivation. The book is great and I loved the fact that it's not just a book for reading but also a book to write our story. The message is beautiful and it's a reminder and support that we all have a voice to speak our truth. I felt like it was a nice conversation like I was hugged and understood.
My experience reading the book was amazing! Such an incredible book, so touching and great to make us reflect on how powerful can be our voices when we have love and ambition to pursue the purpose of our lives. Definitely, I will be back to this book in many other moments of my life to have new insights and review my answers to some questions. Dr. Neisa R. Jenkins made me feel in a room talking to her while I passed the pages of this book. 10/10
I found the book to be an artful depiction of Dr. Jenkins' experiences in being a woman who learned how to express herself and have a seat at the table. She was open and honest, providing several opportunities to learn from her emotional travels. I took away three very valuable pieces of information. The importance of family, the importance of sharing what we're going through because there are others who need to know, and as she said when struggling with something you have a vivid memory of the times, that caused you the most discomfort.
Speak Up: I Can't Hear You is a powerful reminder of how important our voice is! Kudos to you Dr. Neisa Jenkins!
My experience ordering the book via pre-sale was seamless and was a welcomed surprise when it arrived in the mail. The book was a fantastic read from start to finish. Following the journey of filming the interview was a nice touch, and the writing style placed me in the studio as if I were seeing it happen live.
Dr. Jenkins shared so much wisdom in each chapter, tying together personal experiences with finding her voice. The addition of the scriptures added rich context to the topics and made for a beautiful read overall.
I would recommend this book to any reader, but especially women!
Well, well, well. ? Speak Up I can't Hear You? by Dr. Neisa R. Jenkins is a Tool that is needed in this Journey of Life that We have been granted. I love that the Book has journaling space. I tell you that page 13 and the pages that followed was as though Dr. Jenkins had spoken breath into my Spirit that caused me to exhale and release emotions that had been held hostage for so long. Thank you for speaking life to the unspoken Voices.
5 out of 5 stars. I learned so much about my childhood friend. What a wonderful beautiful woman she has become. There are no words to express how much she has touched me. It was really good. What made it so good is that I've known her since we were kids. I learned so much about her, and her family, that I didn't know but appreciate.

5 out of 5 stars. The experience was phenomenal in all aspects - purchasing, reading, and reviewing the book! Speak Up, I Can't Hear You is a great read and page-turner! This was a very inspiring book that had uncanny similarities to my journey in life, from how I was raised to my marriage and infertility experiences. I encourage women and men to read Dr. Jenkins? book. I did not think anyone would be interested in the things Dr. Jenkins reveals in her journey, which has inspired me to journal and complete my own book. Thank you, Dr. Jenkins, for finding your voice and sharing!!! We, as women, forget how powerful our voices can be. We can be inspiring, supportive, helpful, and motivating to each other when we SPEAK UP and are HEARD. Your book does exactly those things!
